What has failed on my Kogan Ebike

Was original ordered on 3/8/2019 but because they did not have it in stock then I did not receive it untill some time later. The Kogan Invoice Date was 25 September 2019.

Will have to check the date I received it. I assume it was a few days later

  1. -Had the front axel replaced
  2. -Had the front breaks disk replaced
  3. -Had the plastic front derailer disk replaced
  4. -Had the front headstem welded
  5. -Had the peddles replaced
  6. -Had the charger replaced
  7. -Had the replacement charger fail
  8. -Had the entire bike replaced
  9. -Because of a total electrical failure had the entire bike replaced a second time (Third bike)
  10. -Had the front headstem replaced
  11. -Had the battery replaced
  12. -Had the rear packrack break off
  13. -Had the charger replaced a third time
  14. -Had the battery fail a third time

As of 25/12/2022 Kogan still have refused to pay for the pack rack to be welded

Also the seat pole bent that I had to replace.

On 27/8/24 noticed cracks in both sides of the down tubed to the rear forks:

Contacted Kogan and asked them to recall the bike. They basically refused.

I discovered a different model they sell had been recalled

As of 5/9/2024 I'm waiting for a reply re a full refund.

On 20/9/2024 I did receive a full refund
