We welcome your application for tenancy for the property at the above address. All information contained in the marketing material is considered correct at the time of advertising. Whilst every care is taken in the preparation of this material, we will not be held liable for any error in that information and you must make a personal inspection of the property.

Prior to completing your application please read the following information which will assist you to complete the Tenancy Application :

Your application must include details for each person to be named on the lease. And each person named on the lease will need to complete a separate application form.

Your application cannot be processed until it is completed including copies of supporting documents attached as required for 100 Points Identification Check. Proof of income is also required. Refer to list below.

If your application is approved, all approved leaseholders must sign the Lease Agreement and you will be required to pay 2 weeks rent + 4 weeks bond.

You will also be asked to sign a Condition Report for the property on taking up residence. Note this report states the condition upon which you rented the property and not a maintenance ‘to do’ list. The property is rented as per the Condition Report and the property must be in no less of a condition when you vacate the premises.

If the tenancy does not proceed, steps to apply for a refund of the bond will be taken by the Agent/Owner for monies owed for rent until a replacement tenant is secured.

Pre-moving in costs. I understand that itemised costs below are to be paid by direct deposit (Osko banking payment system). Rent payments throughout the tenancy will be made payable to G.K. & M.T. Greig via direct deposit (see above). (Details will be provided with the lease agreement.)
