This live online training is done via Google's Hangout on air. Upto 10 people, the instructor plus 9 others can be interactively involved in the training. Additionally any number of other people can watch the live training. The interactive people can see and speak to each other and at times see what is on the instructors screen and other peoples screens. Only with the your permission the instructor or other people can take controls of your computer to help you perform certain functions.

To be able to use Google hangout you will have to have a Google account. If you have a Gmail account you already have a Google account.
