Please take your Letting free and GST from the initial rent they pay and deposit the balance to the above bank account.

With the bond deposit, if they have made some form of document payment direct to the Bond Authority please mail that to me so that I can sign it and I will sent it to the Bond Authority

Otherwise if you have signed the bond lodgement then please scan and email me that documentation

Rang 29/3/22 about 4:10 pm Spoke to Olivia, who said that Nina will ring me tomorrow afternoon.

I rang Nina 30/3/2022 at 2:42 she seem to think the file was closed. She said she but had to check online.

I asked that the bond be transferred to us. She said she will ring me this afternoon or tomorrow.

As of 3:52 5/4/22 she had not rung me back.

I got this email from RTBA

Spoke to latinda She said Bond is still the name of Raine and Horne and I just have to send them an email and asking for the bond number and it be transferred to us from Raine and Horne but have to prove we own the property with a rate notice and the lease agreement and the property address
