I invented the Virtual State of Utopia in 2015 for, at the time, one specific purpose. To make all Australian politicians, invalid. See: How to disqualify all politicians in Australia
Since then I have realised that ther are many other reasons to have a virtual state, not the least is to demonstrate the distinction between what is physically and what is not. In reality many things in our lives don't physically exist. Like countries, organisations, laws and money . They are all human invented concepts. Like while physically land does exist, the boarders of or around them dont. They are just lines drawn on maps that have names arbitrarily assigned to them. Often with unknown origins. Organisations, again are only human invented concepts, because of laws, which are also human invented concepts. And the biggest one of all, is money.
Language also does not physically exist. You cant touch smell or see a language. You can hear the results of it, as in sound, but that in itself is not language.
noun
An imagined place or state of things in which everything is perfect.
Other than the bit about everything being perfect the rest of the definition is another human invented concept.
I guess the concept is group as opposed to individual imagination.
the problem of the human world is not an inability to produce but an unwillingness to share.
these are not my words. it's something that was told me some time ago. I don't no what the original source of them are.
a prerequisite for my utopia is that all people, only take what they need.
then my utopia is a non-economic society. that means no money.
but it doesn't mean bartering.
work would be optional, because machines would do most of the work for us. machines would be made by machines, just as they presently are only more so.
whatever you needed you will just take.
it would have to be some rules.
They would be more like morals than rules. I appreciate that different people have different morals, but that is no different than different countries, societies or cultures having different laws now.
