My outpatient appointment time was for 3 pm. At about 4:30 pm the Doctor informed me that I was supposed to have a MTI before seeing him. I said I was aware of that but when I had confirmed the appointment on the phone and had asked about the MRI the person on the phone said they did not no anything about it.

The Doctor I saw told me that this often happens.

Additionally this data entry function does not allow me to scroll up and down to re read what I have written or edit text whilst using my phone. ,

That systems and procedures be put in place such that this should not continue to happen
