I find it extremely hard to believe we could have a son, our youngest child, that is now 40 years old.

Marg and I made the above video for Glens birthday. I started making it and Marg finished it off, partly the way she wanted it to be. hope you enjoyed it.

what I did not explain in proper detail in the video, of the day you were born, was that you weren't supposed to arrive for a couple more days. I was watching television and that movie Grand prix. Mum started to have contractions and I thought not a problem itwill be a couple of hours before we have to leave, so I will see the end of the movie. well that didn't happen. but as it says in the video I got to watch the movie some years later.

we are extremely proud of both our children. They have both been through difficult times, but have and will get through them.

and everybody is living through a difficult time at the moment. but at some stage in the future we probably won't even remember it.

I guess this is the speech we would have made if Glen had, had his birthday here in Australia.

even though it would have been nice to have Glen with us for his birthday, we much prefer that he is doing what he wants to do. and we know he's doing that with Veronika. and that makes us extremely happy.

all we are, are our experiences. so Glen make the most out of all your experiences.
