Rather than countries armies fighting against one another why not have the leaders of the country fight with each other. Better still abolish the concept of countries. It's always amazed me that individuals have to abide by laws about killing people but countries do not. Yet individuals physically exist but countries only exit because of aggregate beliefs.

Beliefs can change

NATO is just a name and because of aggregate beliefs countries are just a name as well, so they're no different
