NOTE: The property is 2 storey and all appropriate safety measures and regulation in regard to working at heights need to be taken into account
Quote 2 Repair 2 leaking downpipes
Place appropriate silicon waterproof sealant on the two rear most downpipes where they are leaking as show in the below photos, ensure they no longer leak:
