We the owners entitled to vote in respect to lot 35 hearby request pursuit of the Body Corporate and Community Management, applicable module, regulation, 2008, that the following motion be included in the agenda for the general meeting of the body corporate.

That the practice of employing a contractor to move rubbish bins in and out of the complex and all owners, WITHOUT CHOICE being forced to pay for such, come to an end. Owners that wish to have a contractor to do this can make their own arrangements. See more details in explanatory note. OR:

The Body Corporate does not employ a valet parking contractor, to park cars in the complex. If a motion to this effect was put, no doubt it would be defeated. Yet for historical reasons, that now no longer apply, all owners are required to pay for valet parking of ther rubbish bins.

In the current hard economic times the elimination of a contractor movement of bins would see a reduction in body corporate levies. For those who are unable or not willing to move ther bins, they can make ther own arrangements to have it done for them, at ther own cost.

The successful passing of this motion will give owners a choice that they currently do NOT have.
