Yet again ther are inaccuracies in the minutes of the Algester Gardens committee meeting minutes.

Under the heading 3.1 correspondence in point (IV) is written “08Nov24. Email from Mr. Greig with continued concerns”

I never sent a email to the committee on that date.

The inaccuracie is repeated under the heading Other Matters: with the text:

“Email from Mr. Greig dated 08Nov24 is acknowledged and the Committee once again states that his concern regarding the insurance has been finalized and he has been notified on two occasions of that outcome. This matter is now closed”

Again I never sent a email to the committee on that date.

If the committee believes otherwise please provide me with a copy of it?

However I did send a email to all owners which includes the committee on 14/10/24 with the subject heading of Inaccuracies in Committee Meeting minutes of 27/9/2024.

As the subject heading states, it was about inaccuracies of the Committee Meeting minutes of 27/9/2024. It was not about my concern regarding insurance per sa.

So even assuming the committee made a mistake, about the date, ther is a further mistake as to what my email was requesting.

Perhaps the committee do not know how to follow links.

As described above this latest committing meeting minutes also have mistakes.

These mistakes are compounding. The last 3 minutes of committee meeting have mistakes.

As the committee have in the committee minutes of 19/12/24 stated:

“The Chairperson asked members present if there were any changes required to the previous meeting held on Tuesday 17 September 2024. As there were no changes required the Chairperson asked that those minutes be accepted as a true and accurate account of that meeting. Accepted: Daniel Scott Seconded: Yvonne Taylor”

Them either the committee have:

• Not read My response to the Algester Gardens committee meeting of 27/9/2024 minutes
• Read it and not understood it
• Read it and ignored it
• Are trying to cover up ther mistakes
• Are inept

What ever the reason I YET Again ask the committee to do what ever is necessary to correct the inaccuracie in all the applicable minutes

If the committee are of the opinion that ther are no mistakes in the previous minutes, then please say so and in detail against each of my accused mistakes, indicate why?
