How to disqualify all politicians in Australia

All citizens of Utopia

As the dictatorial leader of the sovereign state of Utopia, I hereby decree, that all people of the planet Earth, are from now on, and will alway be, citizens of the virtual country/sovereign state of Utopia and that you will have, allegiance, obedience, or adherence to Utopia and so as a citizen are entitled to the rights or privileges of a subject or a citizen of Utopia.

The purpose of making you a citizen of utopia is because of this wording in the Australian Constitution, just in case you dont fit under the Commonwealth Category. See below

Australian Constitution Section 44 From: https://www.aph.gov.au/About_Parliament/Senate/Powers_practice_n_procedures/~/link.aspx?_id=074367F0015D42C2B005207F5642376A&_z=z#chapter-01_part-04_44

44. Disqualification Any person who:

(1) is under any acknowledgment of allegiance, obedience, or adherence to a foreign power, or is a subject or a citizen or entitled to the rights or privileges of a subject or a citizen of a foreign power; or….

shall be incapable of being chosen or of sitting as a senator or a member of the House of Representatives.

Consequence This means that everyone is now disqualified from being chosen or of sitting as a senator or a member of the House of Representatives of Australia.

Therefore those that continue to sit as a senator or a member of the House of Representatives will be subject to Section 46 of the Australian Constitution. ie.

Australian Constitution Section 46 From: https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/C2013Q00005

46 Penalty for sitting when disqualified

Until the Parliament otherwise provides, any person declared by this Constitution to be incapable of sitting as a senator or as a member of the House of Representatives shall, for every day on which he so sits, be liable to pay the sum of one hundred pounds to any person who sues for it in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Money speaks louder than words With all the above in place you can now sue all male politicians for $200 per day for every day they sit in parliament. If enough people do sue, it will make it not worth while having male politicians.

Also Commonwealth Citizens If you think the above wont work, then how about this:

“As with the EU, one holds Commonwealth citizenship only by being a citizen of a Commonwealth member state”. From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citizenship#Commonwealth.

So even before you became a citizen of Utopia, most Australians were dual citizens and so disqualified and incapable of being chosen or of sitting as a senator or a member of the House of Representatives.

All this shows how inadequate laws are, especially ones that are over 100 years old
