Recorded 6th February 2014 at 11 a.m. Brisbane time a training session on video editing.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tz41zRoT4qY

If you have taken videos with a digital video camera or even a still digital camera and some of it is good and some not so and you want to put it all together showing the good bits and removing the bad bits, like where you videoed the ground the sky or the inside of the camera bag, then you need to do some video editing. Fortunately this can be quite easy to do with your computer and software that is most likely already installed. There are also many other things you can do with video editing like changing the way you go from on scene to the other, incorporating photos, adding background music and adding introductory text and ending credits, just to name a few.

This online training will start with WIndows Live Movie maker as that comes bundled with most versions of windows

It will be a completely open format online training sessions. So I will run the session any way participants want.

How the live online training is done

I used to do live online training via Google's Hangout on air. But Google in ther wisdom removed that free facility.

I now prefer to use Zoom. See https://zoom.us/

But I can also use other meeting software like Cisco Webx Meeting, Facebook Messenger, Whats App Google Meet or TeamViewer
