- I had to email them 49 time from July 2008 to November 2012 (over 53 Months)
- I also rang then numerous times
- I was overcharged on 12 invoices, ie 12 times (see below)
- I did NOT pay any overcharged amounts
- The overcharges where for Over quote usage where it was not metered, roaming when I was not roaming or for not being able to provide a service.
- It was verbally acknowledged by Three that they effectively did not have a Internet usage meter
- On a number of occasions Three offered to half the disputed amounts, I refused the offer
- On about two occasions the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman became involved
- As I never paid for any of the over charges this is proof that they where legitimate over charges
