I notice on Facebook that often a screen capture of text is used.
However because the text is often so small it can be hard to read.
Because of a thing called optical character recognition, (OCR) that is now freely available via Google glass it's possible to convert any graphic text to usable, editable text.

I'm pretty sure it be just as easy to use on an iPhone or a Windows computer.
