I'm currently sitting in the waiting room of the Queensland oral health section near Browns Plains, waiting for my wife
I was told by my wife, because I had a Seniors Health Care card, that I am entitled to some of the services of Queensland oral health. whilst waiting I asked the reception people and they gave me a card with a number to ring 1300 300 850
I rang the number and was asked which postcode I'm in, and then given a long spiel which lasted what a few minutes minutes, by some robo system.
I wasn't told I was 26th in the queue and given the option to ask for a call back. which I did.
on going back to the receptionist where I'm at I asked this is typical. they said no usually there are hundreds in the queue.
I asked if it's possible to do it via email and they said that would be a good idea but, no
