I was born in Fitzroy Melbourne Australia in 1952. At was then the Salvation Army home for unmarried mother, called “The Haven” 75 Alfred Crescent North Fitzroy.

According to my then birth certificate my birth mother was living at 45 Lock St Coburg. As far as I can establish I never went to that address as was I adopted from Fitzroy

When I was adopted, Mum and Dad were living at 10 Grandview Grove Northcote. Me, Mum and Dad my 2 sisters and my grandmother lived ther until we moved to Watsonia in 1966
