As you do not seem to be aware that you are breaching the eBay user agreement I will attempt to explain it to you.
The user agreement is here:
In part of it, it says:
“3. Using eBay
While using the eBay services, you will not:
take any action that may undermine the Feedback or ratings systems”
Ebay also has a whole section on Feedback manipulation policy, here:

I strongly suggest you read and understand it because a breach of it could result in your eBay account suspension.
The action of asking me to remove legitimate feedback as a condition of a legitimate request for a refund IS undermining the Feedback or ratings system
If you don't understand any of this, I strongly suggest you get someone to explain it to you.

But I do not want to modify my feedback.
I'm very happy with the feedback I wrote.
I understand you would not be happy with my feedback because other potential buyers will not bye bikes after reading my feedback.

No I have no need to. I am very happy with the feedback I put on Ebay and I want it to stay on Ebay. For ever. However if you refund what I paid, I will say that you did so, by an additional Ebay feedback. I would write, but they did refund my money.

If the factory have sent you the wrong bike will they send you the correct bike and how long would it take before I got it?
The battery capacity is a real issue. Based on my previous ebikes and now the one you sent me, true capacity, it will have nowhere near the riding range that was advertised.
But at the moment I am not able to test it's range as the battery is completely flat and I can not recharge it because I'm still waiting for the correct charger from you. As of now, according to the tracking it has not been dispatched by you.
I normally ride a ebike every day, so this is causing me a lot of inconvenience.
Perhaps it would be better if we talk.

Can you please have someone, who can understand what I am communicating, to reply to me.
Because I have become very suspicious of the communication that I have been receiving I decided to inspect the ratings on the actual battery and controller. See the attached photos.
I see that both the battery and the controller are marked as 36 volt. The bike was advertised on Ebay as “With a 48V 10.4Ah removable rechargeable Li-ion battery”
The icon on the Ebay photo shows the battery as 16AH. The battery on the bike you sent to me is marked as 7.8 AH.
So the bike I received is substantially not as described.
Because the voltage rating on the bike you sent to me is lower than advertised I also strongly suspect that the motor, also, is NOT as the advertised 1,000 watts. There is no markings on the motor showing its power.
Have you sent sent me the wrong bike?
Regardless, you now have two options.
1. Send me the correct bike and take back the current bike
2. Give me a full refund of what I paid and arrange to pickup the bike.
What are you going to do?

I only have a limited time for which I can ask for a refund from eBay, if the bike is not as described or you do not communicate with me.
So give me the tracking number for the replacement charger, now, or tell me when I will be receiving the replacement charger.
Otherwise I will have to start the process with eBay to get a refund.

I WILL worry because I do not want to get a charger the same as I already have. That is, one that does not fit were it plugs into the bike, and then have to go through this process again.

Today I received the ebike I ordered.
Thanks for that. It arrived earlier than I thought it would.
However ther is one major issue and 2 minor issues with it.
The major issue is that the charger does not plug in to the socket of the bike. The hole center part of at the end of the charging lead is to small to fit over the pin part on the bike.
Hence I can not charge it.
I took some pictures that are attached.
What can you do to resolve this?
The 2 minor issues.
Ther was no nut on the bolt that is used to attract the light to the front forks. I used my own bolt and nut.
The way the rear mudguard attaches is inadequate such that I scapes when the wheel is turning
Currently I m holding up the mudguard with a piece of string. I can probably do something else to make it work better. Any suggestions
The main issue is the charger.
