COMPUTER SKILLS ASSESSMENT SURVEY

This Computer Skills Assessment Survey has been prepared to ascertain computer skills, both in hardware and software and tailor training accordingly.

By completing this survey you help us to evaluate what training is required to increase your skills.

The survey consists of three sections.

Section A Hardware - This section covers your computer access, usage and knowledge of hardware.

Section B Software - This section covers your knowledge and skills using the Microsoft Windows operating system. Skills relating to the main applications – Word Pad and/or Open Office Write are addressed.

Section C The World Wide Web (The Internet) - This section covers the skills that are required to use the Internet (including Email) effectively. Your knowledge of general use programs is also assessed.
