After you inspect the property, if you wish to proceed with your application, please complete the Application form and email it to us. Please ensure that copies of all necessary evidence and supporting documentation are also attached to your application so we can make a proper assessment of your application.
After assessing applications, if your application is successful, we would then complete the General Tenancy Agreement and send this to you, along with the Special Conditions and Body Corporate By-Laws.
