On the Forestdale Facebook page a posting was made about some hooning. A comment was made to the effect that even if the hoons are caught that the punishment is to leanient, to which I asked, that's the problem, what's the solution.
A reply was “Accountability is what's needed”.
I then Wrote
“we relinquish our accountability in our political system by having representative democracy. And in turn out elected representatives relinquish their accountability by various methods, such as corporatisation. Next solution please”
I now realise I left out a very important part. Our laws force us to relinquish our accountability.
In the above the word Responsibility couul replace Accountability.
